List of net-nets
Aug 19 list of net-nets, mainly CPCs trading under NAV
Net-net = (current assets - total liabilities) > market cap.
If the company liquidates all assets and pays off all liabilities and uses the remaining money to issue a special dividend, you will make money. That’s what defines a net-net. Also watch out for preferred stock and stock options and warrants in the money as it will make the stock less of a net-net. But I won’t talk about this.
Cinaport Acquisition Corp. III
Cuspis Capital III Ltd.
Brachium2 Capital Corp.
Benz Capital Corp.
Exelerate Capital Corp.
Trillium Acquisition Corp.
Gravitas II Capital Corp.
Valencia Capital Inc
Canna 8 Investment Trust
Shells that are not capital pool companies trading under NAV:
Vantex Resources Ltd
Gold Port Corporation
McChip Resources Inc.
Wildsky Resources Inc.
Leviathan Gold Ltd.
Aclara Resources Inc
These are all shells trading at or under NAV waiting to do reverse takeover, check my other post about upside of capital pool companies, buying these things at or under NAV makes a lot of money (based on a seven sample study.)
Some other net-nets that have operations, some of these are closed end equity funds trading deep discount to NAV, for a reason:
RIV Capital Inc
Urbana Corporation
Zimtu Capital Corp - not good.
Coloured Tie Capital
First Growth Funds Limited
Stack Capital Group Inc
Quinsam Capital Corporation
SOL Global Investments
Matachewan Consolidated Mines, Limited
Belgravia Hartford Capital Inc.
Strategem Capital Corporation
CoinSmart Financial - I am long.
Minco Capital Corp.
New Wave Holdings
Sixty Six Capital Inc. - holds only Northern Data stock, lots of it.
Heavy cash burn net-nets (meaning they will not be net-nets by the time you sell maybe):
WellteQ Digital Health Inc. - heavy cash burn gonna lose everything.
Mind Cure Health Inc.
Nexe Innovations Inc.
I found ALL of these net-nets by reading through SEDAR everyday, not screening stocks. Screening stocks sometimes miss stocks. And I enjoy slowly going through filings.
There’s a lot more that I excluded because they are just looking like scams and/or have such heavy cash burn and no catalyst that there is no way to make money on it.
Make sure when you buy a net-net, there is a catalyst, for CPCs this means doing a reverse takeover. Others is if they do share buyback or issue special dividend, or if they simply get taken out by another company and/or go private.
Peace out, StinkStonk!

Plz start posting again we love you!!!
